Pete was born on August 28, 1932 in Anna Poulawna, Holland, living most of his life in New Jersey before moving to Campbellton. He retired as an electrician with the Sony Corporation. Pete a veteran Staff Sargeant with the U.S. Air Force, was a member of Bethlehem Lodge #276, friendsip member of Esther Lodge #144, American Legion Post #42, Williamstown Lodge #166, Past Grand Tall Cedar with Tall Cedars of Lebanon Glassboro Forest #1 where he participated in clowning.

Survived by one son William Russell Molenkamp(Christina), Mechanicsville, VA; one daughter Sally Molenkamp(Kelly Gerber), Clementon, NJ; sister Anna Molenkamp, Palm Bay, FL; three grandchildren Matthew Molenkamp, Erin Molenkamp, Zackary Molenkamp.

Memorialization was cremation.
