Mr. Raymond Thicklin, a resident of Panama City, FL, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, February 5, 2012 at the Seabreeze Healthcare Center in Panama City. He was 79 and a member of the Saint Paul African Methodist Episcopal Church, Springfield, FL.
Funeral services will be 11AM, Saturday, February 11th 2012 at the Saint Paul African Methodist Episcopal Church, 3517 East 2nd Street, Springfield, Florida with the Reverend Johnson officiating.
He will be laid to rest in the Hillside Cemetery, Panama City, FL, with military honors, under the directions of Christian Memorial Chapel of Graceville, Florida.
He is survived his children: Dennis Thicklin and wife Chelsea of Tampa, Florida, Sharon Thicklin and Lena Scott both of Panama City, Florida; a sister: Ruby N. Thicklin of Panama City, FL; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
