On October 12, 2016 the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a burglary and theft of a four-wheeler in progress in Grand Ridge, Florida. The victim in the case reported seeing the suspect, who was identified as Steven Russell, stealing his four-wheeler, pushing it out of his shed to a neighbor’s yard. The victim went outside and yelled at Steven Russell. Russell then abandoned the four- wheeler and took off on foot. Deputies searched the area for Russell but were unable to locate him.
