Thomas Lee Ephriam, Sr.

Mr. Thomas Lee Ephriam, Sr. age 72 of Marianna, FL transitioned from life temporal to life eternal on Tuesday, November 28, 2017 at his residence, surrounded by his family.

He was a member of the Jerusalem African Methodist Episcopal Church and a retired Educator with the Washington County School Board.

Funeral services will be held Saturday December 02, 2017 at 12:00 noon from the sanctuary Jerusalem African Methodist Episcopal Church located at 2055 Highway 73 Marianna, FL 32448 with Reverend Carlos Redding (Pastor), Reverend Travis Ephriam, Reverend A.L. McGlockton officiating. Interment in Orange Hill Cemetery. Vann Funeral Home in charge.

Mr. Ephriam will lie in repose from 11:00 AM until time of service. A viewing will be held Friday, December 01, 2017 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Vann Funeral Home.

He leaves to cherish his precious memories:

Mrs. Emma L. Leeks, of Marianna, FL formerly of Bascom, FL transitioned from life temporal to life eternal on Wednesday, November 29, 2017 om the Chipola Health and Rehabilitation Center.

Funeral service will be held Saturday, December 9, 2017 at 11:00 A.M. at New Liberty Hill Missionary Baptist Church 5239 Liberty Hill Rd Bascom, FL 32423 with Rev. Joseph Curry, Rev. Deon Johnson, Rev. Willis Long and Elder Dr. Nelson Wilson Pastor Officiating. 

Interment will be in the New Liberty Hill cemetery.

Vann Funeral Home will be in charge of the service.

The viewing will be held Friday, December 8, 2017 from 3:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. at Vann Funeral Home.

Mrs. Leeks will lie in repose at the church from 10:00 A.M. until time for the service.

She leaves to cherish a lifetime of fond and precious memories, a family:

Two Sisters: Sallie Long (Chester) of Tallahassee, FL and Nell Sinclair of Tampa, FL

Bernice Irene Lewis Tollar

Mrs. Bernice Irene Lewis Tollar of Sneads, FL transitioned from life temporal to life eternal on Thursday, November 30, 2017. 

She was a member of the St. Peter Missionary Baptist Church and a graduate of the Jackson County Training School, Class of 1950.

Funeral service will be held Saturday, December 9, 2017 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Peter Missionary Baptist Church 7989 McKeown Mill Rd Sneads, FL 32460 with Elder Roosevelt Scott, Missionary Annie Flowers, Elder Kindra Roulhac and Rev. Dr. Adrian D. Abner Pastor, Officiating.

Interment will be in the St. Peter cemetery.

Vann Funeral Home will be in charge of the service.

The viewing will be held Friday, December 8, 2017 from 2:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. at Vann Funeral Home.

Mrs. Tollar will lie in repose at the church from 10:00 A.M. until time for the service.

Two Daughters: Shirley A. Tollar and Towanda J. Ealy (Charles)

Five Grandchildren, Eight Great Grandchildren and Two Great, Great Grandchildren

Joseph Jones, Jr.

Retired Chief Warrant Officer III Joseph Jones, Sr. of Savannah, GA, formerly of the McChapel Community transitioned from life temporal to life

eternal on Saturday, November 25, 2017.  

He was a graduate of Union Grove High School, Class of 1969.  

Funeral service will be held Saturday December 02, 2017 at 12:00 noon from the sanctuary of Mount Zion Missionary Baptist Church located at 5382 Old US Road Malone, FL 32445 with Reverend Fredrick Fountain (Pastor), Reverend Delanor Myrick, Apostle Mary Johnson and Pastor Malinda Cummings officiating. Interment in the church cemetery. Vann Funeral Home in charge.

Mr. Jones will in repose from 11:00 AM until time of service. A viewing will be held Friday December 01, 2017 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Vann Funeral Home.

Three Brothers: Edward Jones of Greenwood, FL; James Jones of Bradenton, FL and Charlie Jones of Palmetto, FL
