Frank Owens, Jr., 66, of Chattahoochee, FL passed away on Wed. Sept. 13, 2017.  Service was held on Sat. Sept. 23, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Greater Bethel MB Church in Chattahoochee, FL.  

Frank Owens, Jr, was born August 2, 1951 in Chattahoochee, Florida to Zola Owens and the late Frank Owens, Sr.  He attended Chattahoochee High School in Chattahoochee, Florida.  He was full of life and had a big heart.  Frank loved all of his brothers, sisters, family and everyone in the community.  Frank departed this life on September 13, 2017 in Chattahoochee, Florida.  He was preceded in death by his father, Frank Owens, Sr., sisters, Christina Owens, Bessie Hill White, nephew, David Hendrix, Jr. and grandfather, J.P. Owens.  Frank leaves to cherish his memory his sisters, Mary Ann Stephen (John Stephen) of Sneads, Florida, Catherine Sorey (Albert Sorey) of Bristol, Florida, Annette Dawson (Carl Dawson) of Bristol, Florida; brothers, John Paul Owens (Arlene Chambers) of Chattahoochee, Florida, Kenneth Owens (Joy) of Birmingham, Alabama; favorite nephews, Randall Colston and Christopher Williams; favorite nieces, Selena Jimenez; best friend, Mr. Rufus Williams; special friends, Ms. Sharon Wilson and Marion Lee; and a host of nieces, nephew other relatives and friends.

Crawford & Moultry Funeral Home of Chattahoochee, FL, were in charge of arrangements.
