Billy Joe Williams

Billy Joe Williams Billy Joe Williams

Billy Joe Williams age 78 of Graceville passed away on Saturday, July 14, 2018. He was born in Sneads, Florida on May 12, 1940. Billy was raised on a dairy farm and continued working on the farm until his 30’s. He then became a salesman for Vermeer Hay Equipment. After leaving Vermeer, Billy went to work for MasTec Power Corp where he retired at the age of seventy. Billy loved vegetable gardening, riding horses, calf roping, and having community barbeques. He was a member of Holmes Creek Baptist Church. 

Billy was preceded in death by his parents, George Earlston Williams and Lorene Grubbs Williams; sister, Patsy Pippin and granddaughter, Kasi Mitchell. He was survived by his wife, Jennelle Williams; children, Jeanna Hittinger (Mike), Curt Williams, Barry Williams, Kae Sorenson (Duane), Shannon Fowler (David), and Stewart Williams; brother, Earl Williams; sister, Pearline Snell (Charles), eighteen grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. 

A private family funeral will be held.
