  • Reginald Smith: driving while license suspended/revoked – 11 month/29 day probation, $400, obtain valid driver’s license, do not operate without
  • Heather Foulks: failure to stop or remain at accident with injury - $5,000; leaving the scene of accident with property damage - $2,500; driving while license suspended/revoked - $2,500; obstruction without violence - $2,500; $12,500 bond
  • Dustin Brown: hold for Washington County, has other charges coming from Holmes County we just haven’t received them yet – no bond
  • Joseph Morton: possession of drug paraphernalia - $1,500
  • Jeffery Burris: hold for Bay County, is currently in jail on local charges with $14,500 bond – no bond
