708 Pound Alligator Taken From Apalachicola River

Local permitted gator hunters and brothers Jesse and Lane Hall, assisted by Jesse's wife Nicole who drove the boat, killed this 708-pound alligator on the west bank of the Apalachicola River, just below the port at Sneads, on the night of September 4 (and into the morning of September 5). The alligator was 12 feet, 2 inches in length.
