  • Whitney Smith: neglect of child causing great bodily harm - $1,500 cash only bond, do not possess a firearm, comply with Department of Childe and Family Services case plan
  • Nathan Pelt: failure to appear (robbery with a deadly weapon, petit theft), failure to appear (failure to comply with sex offender registration) – released back on same bond, jail to give notice to appear 8-27-18 at 9:00
