The Masters Academy Christian School In Marianna Celebrates 10 years

The Master's Academy of NW Florida (TMA), a K-12 Christian School in Marianna, is celebrating its 10 year anniversary. TMA is a distinctive facility which offers a Christian education through the A Beka Academy program. This academically challenging curriculum is presented to students through Virtual Classrooms by streaming actual materials from Pensacola based, advance degree "master teachers", to the school. This approach provides the students exceptional instruction in the most effective and affordable manner.

Open House was held Friday August 16 at the Educational Building location is 4373 Pearl Street. Parents and students toured the facility and enjoyed snacks while reviewing plans for the coming year.
The 2013-2014 school year brings 22 excited students back to class who will be met by Principal and founder, Anna Wooden. Anna has a Masters of Arts in Human Services-Executive Leadership from Liberty University as well as fifteen years of hands on experience in Leadership, Administration, Education and Business. She is also Executive Director of DeColores, the adult division of TMA which trains adults to speak Spanish fluently.

Mrs. Barbara Wynn, Homeroom Teacher and assistant to Mrs. Wooden, will also be awaiting the return of the TMA students. Mrs. Wynn hails from Graceville and has a Bachelor's Degree from Chipola College.

The Master's Academy multicultural environment instills the love of God and the joy of learning in each child. To learn more about TMA, please visit www.tmalions.org , on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/mastersacademyofnwfl  or call (850) 482-3828
