Hinson Park

  • Written by

The Hinson Park is a beautiful area that consists of over 133 acres donated to county by Richard "Dick" Hinson and family.  It is a basic park with access to the Chipola River. The landing is small and only conoes and kayaks can be launched. It has a beautiful walking trail that winds its way along the Chipola's banks, through areas of forrest and peacan groves. It also has a couple of picnic tables and plenty of wide open spaces. It is open from sun rise to sun set.
